A little something that I'm working on for a friend, who shares a love of Transformers as much as me (if not more than) and who's fanfics and art I enjoy. NS13, this is for you hun....

I can't count the number of reference photos I used of the smaller detailed things, (like using a picture of my own hand to get Shockwave's salute right, which could be why his fingers are a little chubbier than they should be, I have fat fingers) and how many times I had to stop, get up, go to the living room with my sketchbook and re-play that scene on the dvd player because I hadn't set up my dvd rom on the computer yet. (I do have it set up now though.)

I'm not done and not happy with it completely. I took breaks in between so I'd not screw up too bad, though, because if I burn myself out on one thing, I start rushing and it gets all messy. I did Ravage kind of quick while sitting in the floor watching G1. I also did Wolverine and Ratchet. He's nowhere near as good as Shockwave that I did though, or this one.

So, here is the whole scene that I've been working on for a few days now, the one Shockwave's close up belongs to. It's not wonderful, I know, but I will go back and fix some mistakes later, and maybe even redraw it completely. In case you didn't notice, yes, Shockwave was drawn seperetly and added in. I plan to finish it as well.
